Today I was looking through my old journals and stumbled across my South Africa journal.  Looking through it brought back all the hard and wonderful memory of my journey in the most beautiful country in the world. If you would like a taste of my experience check out this blog.

Today I was reminded that I have a wonderful community that surrounds me and supports me through:
the good times
the hard times
and every time in between.

Simple things that friend do can bring light to your day.
Having a conversation over coffee.
Listening is key.
Love is what gives me life.
